Jay was living in a mobile home when Morgan first met him. His daughter, Jackie was living with him and Jay was receiving welfare payments for her. On the girl's 18th birthday they put her on a bus to her grandmother's house. No more support payments from the government being possible.
I did some research on Jay and discovered he is a nasty character and he had lied to me on multiple issues, including his competence in writing law suits. His associate, Van Hughes said he absolutely could not be trusted to do anything but research, and I also came to that conclusion.
