The far longer document from which this 'Power of Attorney' was a part, was found to be a fraud on its face and unenforceable by competent forensic experts specializing in legal documents. A series of frauds, carried out in conspiracy and with the intention to harm, both financially and to cause death and other trauma, remain legally actionable when the attempts, never end. Dan O'Dowd was then, as he is now, CEO and owner of Green Hills Software, Inc.
